WANTED: Stock for an idea...

Now, I am fairly new to the whole manipulation thing, in fact I'm fairly new to the CS3 program BUT, I have an idea for a photo that I can not get out of my head. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm looking for a photo of a girl either turned to the side, rear facing camera or with her head down, walking toward the camera. I just can't seem to figure out which way to go. Can someone help me? Please?
